"money does not work - who decides on money, economics and politics"
The financial industry dominates the real economy. Money managers dictate the society and politics of its own rules. What drives them is greed. Greed is rooted deep in human nature. In the anonymity of the trading floor on the stock exchanges, there are no scruples or moral considerations. This boundless greed is lived, it reigns unrestrained appropriation. The zeitgeist insists that this principle transfer to the real economy. The basis of all business - create value - is destroyed with it.

Are Hives A Sign Of Aurthritis

on the International Day of Democracy, 15 September 2009

UNRIC Press Release No 302, 14th September 2009

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon:

"United Nations are increasingly required

in building democracies"

http://www.unric.org/index.php?lang=de

on the International Day of Democracy, 15 September 2009

Bonn, 14 September (UN Regional Information Centre) - The International Day of Democracy is the commitment of the international community to build societies that are characterized by participation of citizens and are based on the principle of rule of law and inalienable human rights.

democracy is not only an end in itself, it is the basis for economic and social progress, world peace and for respect for fundamental rights and freedoms.

democracy is widely seen as a universal and authoritative system of principles as the optimal social and a political system. Nevertheless, challenges remain to strengthen democracy around the world numerous and demanding. For the establishment and development of new democracies, to protect fragile democracies, but also to improve the quality of established democracies, it requires dedication and hard work.

The bulk of the responsibility for democratic change is within the companies themselves, the International community can, however, also play an important supportive role. It is so indeed, that the demand for UN support in key areas of democratic development, such as institution building, elections, promoting rule of law and strengthening civil society, has increased considerably. This trend seems to stop.

This also means that the United Nations must work continuously evaluate and review here. Importance of a good set, as there is in this area many UN initiatives. To ensure that support for the UN really helps to national capacity promote, I can give out as a fundamental first step, a guide to democracy promotion. He goes to all departments of the United Nations, including on-site missions. This guide provides a framework for what goes under the UN Democracy and commits the organization to principled, consistent and coherent actions in support of democracies.

Democratic principles are closely related to normative ideas of the United Nations combined. Let us use this International Day, and devote ourselves to these principles, so that democracy and rule of law will be further promoted.

MODERN GERMANY

http://www.welt.de/die-welt/politik/article4285351/Vier-Millionen-Arbeitsplaetze-so-koennts-gehen . html

four million jobs - that 's can go!
By Wolfgang Clement
9th August 2009
Welt am Sonntag NO. 32 / POLICY 5
Helmut Kohl's attempts 1996th Two million additional jobs, it should be. But nothing came of it. The blooming landscapes in the whole of Germany claim - as we all learn had - a lot more time.
Gerhard Schröder tried likewise in 1998 with an additional three million jobs. He failed at the "New Economy", which crashed in 2000 and forced him to lead the country with the Agenda 2010, the deep valley to back up.
Now, in the midst of the worst economic crisis in decades, Frank-Walter Steinmeier's turn. This time it will be in a decade, four million new jobs. Who other than the Greens, who have at any election up to a million extra - subsidized - announce jobs, may believe it? As nice as it would be too!
But the times are not suffer so. And "the economy" that works, like Frank-Walter Steinmeier is well aware, is not so. Therefore, he speaks in his "Germany Plan" - an old-fashioned term, it was said earlier, from Herbert Wehner semantic workshop - even just from a potential four million jobs, which would raise it much.
But how could this happen? So now comes the controversy - and that's a good thing!
Our country is experiencing an economic contraction process, as it has given us before. When we reach zero growth in the next year, we can be happy. Unemployment is most definitely not until then fall. The record debt of all public authorities and their interest burden will fall not too sure. There are also high unemployment, partial unemployment benefits, increasing social costs - especially if we to factor in demographic changes. This is the situation. How do we get out?
economy is not a political request show. Jobs are not created by the state. They arise from entrepreneurial citizens and companies but are doing today with taxes and duties, by an excess of laws and bureaucracy not be charged at a minimum. On the contrary.
If the company wants to give Germany back swing, make the first thing that must be where it goes, for relief and all that which slows down development activity and staying eliminate: one reduce the public debt burden first to mind when the taxes start to flow again. In addition, the blockades against nuclear energy, against new coal combustion technologies, be removed from the green genetic engineering, against stem cell research. State responsible for expenses such as energy and health field have to be cut back.
Instead, we must promote competition. Approval process faster. The myriad of state and local authorities in reducing. The social systems more demographically secure. Invest heavily in education, and research and development tax . Support
example, might look like a policy that leads our country out of crisis. It does require, however, courage and strength to change. Then maybe even four million more jobs in it!

I Am 37 And Have Hollows Under The Eyes

entitled The Future Council FRANKFURTER at the founding meeting at the family home wants from Metzler High Book

http://www.frankfurter-zukunftsrat.de/Anspruch/home.asp

discussed and adopted at the founding meeting at the family home by Metzler, Frankfurt am Main, 20 February 2008

The Zukunftsrat FRANKFURT, Germany, but also Europe and the world in view. Germany must be considered in an international context. Globalization has appointed the physical boundaries dissolve, on the other hand, also created barriers that exist primarily in the minds of men. In addition, it is increasingly clear that individual nation-states are pushed back, and increasingly larger units such as the European Union - particularly in the legislation - dominate. Finally, regions and municipalities win a growing impact on the identity of their citizens. In all European countries and especially in Germany, the social structure changed dramatically. The education and education, the integration of foreign citizens, the demographic development, the concern about the state of the Earth (such as the risks of global warming) but also by religion and culture-related fears (eg terrorism) demand a sensible and peace-making actions in the future. Here comes the elites of particular importance because they have an exemplary role in the system of values and yet often fail.

Renowned personalities from public life and science have joined forces to FRANKFURT Zukunftsrat in order to resolve these problems. They will present their scientific results and their worlds of experience as a basis for development future firm political, economic, social and cultural concepts and recommendations to take. These are written in layman for policy and for economic, cultural and media institutions and a possible implementation provided.

The developed by the members of the Frankfurt FUTURE COUNCIL holistic approaches are long term, that is, they go far beyond a legislature. The objectives are therefore not a "small corrections or changes to the existing system include, but fundamental restructuring on the following areas: *

education (reorientation of our educational and education policies)
* Migration and Integration (flexible immigration control and remedial integration support)
* Demographic change (health and pensions)
* Democracy (policies to match to the global competition)
* Politics and economy (promoting cooperation between the two systems)
* Air (cross-border responsibility)

The FRANKFURTER Zukunftsrat stands for common sense against obstinacy;
the FRANKFURTER Zukunftsrat stands for social justice, not distributive justice;
the FRANKFURTER Zukunftsrat stands for a value system, develop from which culture and identity.

The FRANKFURTER Zukunftsrat wants to ensure that Germany and Europe is one step ahead, because catching up is difficult. The FRANKFURTER Zukunftsrat want to help these changes active by working, for example, uses for the law and not for the right job. The FRANKFURTER Zukunftsrat advocated simplifying the legal and legislative production, so that the citizens do not feel, in an impenetrable network to be trapped.

The members of the Frankfurt FUTURE COUNCIL are independent and free, they share their scientific knowledge and life experience for a sensible and peace-building the future one. They act in accordance with Immanuel Kant, that no human being solely as a means to an end may be used and consumed. All thought and action to be subject to strict moral and ethical standards, because they are convinced that the only meaningful way the future can be shaped.

Germany appears in the current academic prerequisites are not prepared for the future not to be viable, so does the FRANKFURTER Zukunftsrat create a clearly defined survival mix to Germany in the globalized world also plays a role in the long term.

To do this, Ms. Smith provide information on the committee," he told Bild am Sonntag ".
Merkel to respond

A "full investigation of the company car affair, the President of the Free medical profession, Martin Grauduszus. "The Minister noted that never tires on allegedly corrupt physicians, it can afford not to consider even a hint of suspicion of abuse of taxpayers' money on," he said. Even Chancellor Angela Merkel faced a challenge. You must ensure that tax money would not be issued for the luxury of a limousine service with driver in the private holiday.
official appointment on vacation?

Schmidt's defense is that they perceive in the official holiday dates sounds, once discredited, said Grauduszus. Your ministry should immediately submit a detailed statement, which performed the service appointments, the Minister in Spain while on holiday, had to "take the serious suspicion of abuse of taxpayers' money for a private holiday by Ulla Schmidt.

is also necessary to consider how serious and important such events are, or whether they only would be advanced to benefit from the company car privileges, said Grauduszus. If the minister could not provide evidence that they had to contribute important dates in Spain, an immediate withdrawal was inevitable.
Immediate withdrawal?

The green budget expert Alexander Bonde Schmidt also called on the Enlightenment. "Why does the Minister an armored limousine in Spain? We had more the impression that their trips to the 'Congress to security," he told the newspaper Saarbrücken. The Minister should admit their mistake "and not long make out." Schmidt then had to pay the costs out of pocket.
Schmidt is back and hergerudert

The sedan had been stolen Schmidt near Alicante. Thieves had broken open the room of her driver and stole the keys. Holznagel accused the SPD politician not to have immediately put all the facts on the table. "Ms. Smith has out-and hergerudert. When we have asked on Saturday, she said she does not use it privately, she has a car on the spot. Meanwhile, the ministry said, but she uses it privately and pay for it. It is a fact The car had from Berlin to Alicante, and that costs a lot of money. " To cope with back and forth, almost 5,000 kilometers.

Dr. Yunis Rovchan Gambar-

Bonn, 21 July 2009

single candidate in the federal-
and local elections in Bonn Dr.Rovchan Yunis Gambar-ov
gamber50@gmail.com 0176-77118101 http://integrationinbonn.blogspot.com/
Dear voter and voter Bonner!
In my opinion the whole of mankind (on our beautiful paradise planet) can learn a lot from Germany, because the wise people in Germany from the history of mankind researched a lot and learned! I am proud that I am since 2006 members of the FRG, which has formulated 60 years ago in human history, one sentence in the Constitution in Article 1! Human dignity is inviolable. To respect and protect it is the duty of all state Violence. As members of the FRG, I may choose and be elected. This is the greatest joy for a democratic global humanist like me!
valid with 12 signatures, I'm single candidate in local elections in Bonn - Bad Godesberg on the decision of the election on 20/07/2009 Committee of the City of Bonn. Democracy in Germany, I am now writing a book and that is why I have deliberately built into the democratic electoral processes. Today, with 200 valid signatures, I can and I can as an individual candidate in the federal elections Involved! I gained almost 90% of the signatures, and I need some!
Please help me with your valid signatures, so I as an individual candidate in the general election I can participate! I am missing some valid signatures, so that I could integrate into the highest democratic processes in Germany and a comprehensive book me in German, Turkish, Russian and write English!
Why will I interfere in the future policy of the next generations in Germany, EU and the world? 1) I wish that arises in Bonn, Germany in 2009, the future parliament, in 2010 the European Parliament and the future later in 2011, the world's future parliament and then in 2012 the World Youth Parliament! WCCB creates the Conditions for establishing this important democratic international organizations in Bonn and to establish!
2) The voters and the people I want to help them to understand the main principles of justice better! Justice, together with the peace, the central task of political action. There is no peace without justice, and vice versa!
3) The people want to know the true financial position of the Republic (provinces, municipalities and cities), understand problems and demands better solutions from elected politicians! Anyone interested in the current public debt, can be regarded in Bonn in the house of history on the 2nd floor Debt clock. increases in debt is € 4,439 per Second! In other words, government debt was in Germany a year ago, about 1,500 billion € and € 2 million increase per hour, but now is about 1600 billion € and € 20 million increase per hour!
4) How can the unconditional basic income be funded? The gross national product in Germany is currently about 2.4 billion € a year. Of which today are € 800 billion (about 1 / 3 of GDP) in the social field. Dividing these 800 billion by 80 million citizens, we get 10,000 € per year, that is, '€ 830 per person per month. This corresponds roughly to the Hartz IV set for a person living alone. Perhaps it would better the GE for the first time all the children and the needy that is about half of 40 million citizens are funded! Thank you in advance!

Speech by Dr. Guido Westerwelle

the government declaration of the Chancellor to
G-8 world economic summit of 8 to 10 July 2009
speech in the Bundestag on 2 July 2009

(Official Report)

Mr. President, Ladies and gentlemen!

Chancellor, you have in your policy statement each item on the agenda, which is due to the G-8 summit in L'Aquila, said something. This should be so. It is exciting but what is said, and before all, why nothing is said. Madam Chancellor, you spoke about the need - that is a central concern of German politics - the bank oversight, say, the financial market supervision, more needs to be regulated. We are indeed in this House will agree that it needs appropriate international rules, particularly for finance and financial flows. But who calls for greater international financial markets and banking supervision, it must first national - for us - possible through Germany.
(Applause from the FDP and the Left Party)

now is that I do not know What number policy statement, which has made the Federal Government since the outbreak of the economic and financial crisis on the subject. In her statement of 7 , 2008, in the autumn of last year, have you, Chancellor, called for a reform for the national banking supervision and announced. To date, it will not manage. To this day it remains in the fragmentation of national banking supervisors in the Ministry of Finance, BaFin and the Bundesbank. Exciting in such policy statements, is what you are saying nothing because you can not agree more in your government. National supervisors must be regulated. She is one of the reasons for the Failure of control mechanisms, which led to the crisis. Who wants to perform with international authority, must first make his own homework. You have not done ladies and gentlemen of the Federal Government.
(Applause from the FDP) is

For months it always and repeatedly called on you, but nothing happened.
Take the next area. Of course it is true that you, Chancellor, to emphasize in your policy statement for the Federal Government the need for a sound climate policy. It is also true - we welcome this - that you named the 2-degree target in this policy statement again. About which They did not turn spoken, is that about which you can speak no more, because you are about that in this government are not in agreement, namely how to achieve a better climate policy and what are the tools that you offer international and you negotiate want. Of course we want to rely on more renewable energy - no question - but we need also a very energy mix. The instruments of a better climate policy are especially in the intelligent energy policy.
(applause of the ABG. Gudrun Kopp (FDP))

to energy policy, you say in this policy statement nothing, absolutely nothing, because you do not agree. That is why we say here: You must create clarity in your government. What do you think of nuclear energy? All the other G8 countries share in the interest of climate protection and the safe nuclear technology.
(Fritz Kuhn (Alliance 90/The Greens): That's true but it does not!)

What say you, ladies and gentlemen of the federal government on this?
(Applause from the FDP - Thomas Oppermann (SPD): No, we say)

We need this bridging technology. It is today again become obvious that you do not agree. We say this: What does it make sense that we in Germany from the most modern and safest nuclear technology that the world indicates
(laughter at Alliance 90/The Greens) get

to shop the day after the electricity from power plants, much less secure from abroad? Energy mix is the best response to climate change.
(Applause from the FDP - Thomas Oppermann (SPD): Very good topic)

way it's very interesting, as will also respond to them. This proves my theory that you can not find the truth in your government to unity. This one has just been noticed in this house in the reaction. On this day you have been opposed to your own environment minister in the Climate Policy resistance.

Chancellor, you said something about disarmament. You have the Trip to Washington, used to good and successful interviews what we pleased. But who says something to the disarmament policy, but then such as the initiative of President Obama in Prague completely leaves out in his policy statement, which again shows that there is little consensus in the government's fundamental international concern in Germany.

The question is: What do you do now to support the vision of a nuclear-weapon-free world of President Obama? Is that a vision of the federal government? What do you say to the conventional and nuclear disarmament? I would like the Chancellor, when she talks to the meeting heard that Obama is not only visited, but it when it comes to peace and disarmament, also strongly supported. That would have you, Chancellor, have to say in your policy statement.
(Applause from the FDP)

What will you do at the national level, such as those concerning the nuclear warheads, the store still in Germany? Will this be a German contribution to disarmament and peace initiatives in the world? If you enter into discussions with the allies to the last remaining nuclear warheads that we have in Germany as relics of the Cold War to withdraw? Too, there is no common view in the government, and that's why this here is nothing said.

you have said something to the Africa policy. In general you can not agree more. They also have said something to development aid. In general one can agree with you on the whole only. But concrete also help does not come. Why not? Because you are in the coalition government in turn, have no agreement. Simply saying, give Germany an international comparison of the second-most money for development aid is not enough. It's not just about how much money you spend on development assistance, but also about where and with whom it ends up, whether it results in better policy, whether it is in fact a humanitarian assistance. That we take for example the G-8 Summit and let us give German G-20 countries, so developing countries that sit with us at G-20 meeting at the table, development aid, is not a sound development policy.
(Applause from the FDP)

Finally and finally, when you are talking about the economic and financial crisis and in this House about deals, which will be discussed at the G-8 summit in L'Aquila, then it would also necessary to say something to contribute to national economic and financial policy. This is nothing was said. We believe that some stimulus packages that you have adopted, which often miss the target and waste more tax money as a creation of jobs are mean enough. They are also a government statement enough. Accordingly, there remains the question of what we will do structurally. Hillary Clinton has characterized as Foreign Minister a remarkable phrase: Never miss a good crisis. So, never miss the opportunities the crisis. - A crisis is always bad. The only good thing about this crisis is that we have the problem of pressure to force at least would have to now implement the structural changes that we believe in truth for many years that they need to be addressed. This is the real point you omit entirely.

arguing for weeks, the Republic of what the German tax system is. There is an apparent conflict between the government parties and the Federal Government. Nothing is said about this. What are you going to those with which you now sit at the negotiating table, saying the desire of citizens to discharge the tax levies? What answer will you give them? Will be said at the one table, the Chancellor of the participants of the G-8 meeting, "We want the tax structure reform, this is our offer to the international community to stabilize the world economy", saying at the other table of the Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, the exact opposite? This government was also in this line is not present. The policy statements will in fact generally about the problems away because you are in the concrete no longer agree.

We as FDP remain convinced that a fair tax system is not the reward of a recovery, but the precondition for growth, growth drivers, better economy and thus is the way, for better and healthy public finances. This is the real context, it should be talked about.
(Applause from the FDP)

Ladies and gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen, we do not accept that, although we are now in the OECD comparison, an exceptionally high burden in the form of taxes and charges on labor income, namely the smaller and average earnings in Germany have to raise this issue is ignored. You have rightly pointed out that since you are now almost four years of the Federal Chancellor. It is - at least planned - last policy statement, which you have held in this legislative session in the House.
(Volker Kauder (CDU / CSU): Wait!)

- Mr Kauder, I said explicitly in this term.
(Thomas Oppermann (SPD): What do you want to say it)

- What I want you to say is quite obvious, Mr Oppenheimer.
(Applause from the FDP - Renate Kuenast (Alliance 90/The Greens): Yes)

Since you ask it, I can somewhat clearer formulate:
(Volker Kauder (CDU / CSU): Please!)

Ladies and gentlemen of the SPD, you have now shown for eleven years at Treasury responsibility. They have shown that you can not. It is good that you will recover soon in the opposition.
(laughter from members of the SPD - Thomas Oppermann (SPD):? Is that all you have put forward this, you will not be selected)

for each rule that you complain in fiscal policy, you have the Ministry of Finance, you in a socially democratic in the last eleven years have to adhere. For all that is missing, you have to complain to himself.
(Applause from the FDP)

All that's missing, have to answer for you politically.

I would like to draw inferences about what is really necessary and what is in our view. They have taken four years in the so-called grand coalition government. We realize that you are responsible for the largest tax increase, which have taken place in the history of the Federal Republic of Germany ever. We note: Never before has a government been so much debt as your government, in bad days, but in a good day.

say that one should not live in Germany on the conditions. But they were the leaders of a policy that led to added that Germany is living beyond his means. You said you want to invest, you want to reform, rehabilitate you want. From this government remains perhaps the scrapping. Otherwise not have happened. State finances are ruined. The taxes are high. They have not fulfilled your duties in those years. It is time that we get a government that thinks along the same direction and are not paralyzed because they are on most issues can no longer certain.
Thank you very much for your attention.
(Applause from the FDP)
